Copyright & Takedown Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Peleza Stream respects intellectual-property rights. This policy explains how rights holders or their authorised representatives can request review of material, links, embeds, artwork, video sources, or other content that they believe infringes their rights.

Third-party material

Peleza Stream may display catalogue information or provide access to third-party links, embeds, trailers, channels, artwork, or other media. Peleza Stream does not claim ownership of third-party material unless expressly stated. Rights remain with their respective owners.

What to include in a takedown request

To help us investigate efficiently, please identify the copyrighted work or other protected material concerned; provide the exact Peleza Stream URL or URLs where the material appears; explain the basis of your rights or your authority to act for the rights holder; provide your name and reliable contact information; and include a good-faith statement explaining why you believe the identified use is unauthorised or otherwise unlawful.

How to submit a request

Send copyright and takedown requests to [email protected] with a clear subject such as “Copyright Takedown Request”. Requests that do not identify the specific URL or material may take longer to investigate.

Our review process

We may review the identified page, source, ownership information, and any relevant third-party provider information. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to material, remove a source or link, request additional information, or refer the matter to the relevant third-party provider. We may preserve records where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Misrepresentations

Please submit requests only where you have a genuine basis to believe that rights are being infringed. Knowingly false or misleading claims can cause harm to users, publishers, and legitimate rights holders.

Other legal rights

This policy is intended to provide a practical notice-and-review process and does not limit rights or obligations available under applicable copyright or other law. Where a specific legal notice procedure applies to a request, the sender should include the information required by that procedure.
